SHUFFLEBOARD
(Open 24 hours)
A free, year-around resident run activity, open
to all residents and guests of Fun-N-Sun RV Park and the ENCORE RV
Parks of the Rio Grande Valley. Residents play on the premier, and
only, indoor shuffleboard courts in the Valley; Air Conditioned in
the summer, heated in the winter.
Courts are available for open or group play 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week.
(Call to reserve courts for group play.)
Free lessons for Beginners�, Advanced Shufflers, and Strategy are
available.
During the season, there are
monthly and friendly in-park tournaments. Our shufflers also compete
in the TSSA tournaments through-out the Rio Grande area; hosting the
ENCORE shuffleboard games and the Nationals Single�s Tournament
(March.) They also compete in the �75 and Over� and Golden Olympics
Tournaments.

TENNIS
Fun n Sun offers tennis fun for all levels. Tennis lessons
are provided, free, for beginners and more advanced lessons are also
provided.
Experienced players enjoy our 2 hard courts each morning Mon - Sat
from 7:30 am to ? Beginners follow at 10 am Tuesday and
Thursdays. Lessons are provided emphasizing basic skills and
game play - for fun and enjoyment.
Our class of 2009 Beginners is shown above.
We finish our Winter Texan year up with a big, fun fish fry with
social enjoyment. During our year we have two tournaments
(fun-day events) for beginners and advanced with prizes!
Come see us at FNS and find your special 'Niche' in the tennis
group!
