AQUACISE

This popular free program has been held an hour a day five days a week all year long for many years. Acquacise combines aerobics with exercises that target large muscle groups as well as smaller ones in the hands, fingers, eyes, and mouth. Fun is had by all as the group sings familiar tunes while marching, jogging, and even doing the can-can.

Both the Early Morning Stretch and the Stretch Exercise classes are for men and women who want to maintain or improve their strength, agility, and balance. A combination of floor, chair, and mat exercises, some with weights, is done to music and narration.

 

CO-ED WALK AEROBICS

Walk Aerobics: at Fun N Sun, both men and women can get fit and stay fit with Leslie Sansone�s �In-Home Walking� and �Walk Away the Pounds� videos.  Use of resistance bands and hand weights during the fun, low-impact, easy-to-follow workouts enhance upper and lower body strength.

FNS WALKERS

�Walk Across Texas,� that�s what walkers at Fun N Sun have been doing since 2006. The number of miles walked locally is logged in each month until all sections of the state map are colored in. The next goal will be to �Walk Michigan.�
