DANCE
2011-2012
Fun N Sun has the largest dance hall in the Rio
Grande Valley. The floating wood floor is perfect for any kind of
dance. A snack bar is conveniently located near the front of the
dance hall.
The dance hall is used for special events as
well as dance lessons. Special events include a New Years party, luau
and a Mardi Gras Ball. The dance hall is festively decorated for
these events. Every Friday night from October through February there
is a country western dance. Square dances are held on Saturdays and
Sundays. Fifties and Sixties dances are held on Wednesdays. Lessons
in round dancing, line dancing, and hula dancing take place in the
dance hall while clogging and tap dancing lessons are held in Room 1
adjacent to the Recreation Hall.
